Sophy Pern is an Organisation Development Consultant, with over 15 years of international experience. She works with clients who are engaged in processes of strategy, transformation and cultural renewal.
Her work reaches from strategy engagement processes, organisation design and co-creation, cultural change, leadership and change capability development. This has often included designing and delivering development interventions for change agents: internal OD practitioners, HR Business partners and change leaders, as well as a number of organisational development and design consulting projects.
Sophy helps her clients and leaders in particular, to identify ways in which they can be effective as individuals, within teams, and as part of the broader system.
Clients have included Swarovski, Novo Nordisk, Novozymes, the Civil Service, Sanofi, Unilever, Lafarge, Standard Bank and The John Lewis Partnership, to name but a few. She has worked for BP in France, Algeria and the UK, as well as held senior roles in several consulting organisations in the UK. Prior to this she lived and worked in Japan.
Sophy holds the Ashridge Masters in Organisation Consulting with Distinction, as well as a Law degree from Cambridge. She is qualified in a range of psychometric tools and change methodologies and approaches.
Her work designing and delivering a new Leadership Academy for Swarovski was recognized by the European Foundation for Management Development and won a Gold Award for Organisational Development in 2017 a recognition she is very proud of. She is an active member of the European Organisational Design Forum.
She is based between London and Madrid, speaks fluent English and French, rapidly improving Spanish, and some German.
