Sophy is an experienced organisation development consultant, facilitator, and executive coach. She brings 25 years of international experience to organisations that are transforming and renewing themselves. She works with executive teams on strategy engagement, organisational design and culture change, and her practice is founded on the understanding that change happens at individual, team and organisational levels, and always in the context of relationships.
She combines intellectual rigour and process, as well as empathy and creativity, particularly in processes of structural change and redesign. She has worked globally with international organisations such as Sanofi, Pepsico, Swarovski, Brittany Ferries, Nexans and Ultra.
Sophy holds a law degree from Cambridge, the Ashridge Master in Organisation Consulting with Distinction, as well as the Tavistock Certificate in Coaching for Leadership. She is qualified in a range of psychometric tools and change methodologies and approaches. Her work designing and delivering the Swarovski Leadership Academy won the EFMD Gold Award for Organisational Development in 2017.
Prior to co-founding Metalogue, Sophy was a Corporate Client Director at Ashridge Business School. She has held senior positions in other consultancies, and worked for BP in France, Algeria and the UK, as well as living and working in Japan. Since 2016 she has been based in Madrid. Clients, colleagues and friends describe her as energetic, quick-thinking, pragmatic and humourous. She speaks fluent English and French as well as proficient Spanish.
