John is an internationally recognised organisational development consultant and executive coach. With over 20 years’ experience, he combines deep expertise in organisational psychology and social sciences with evidence-based coaching and OD methodologies to empower leaders to develop collaborative and high performing teams and dynamic workplace cultures.
He helps organisations move beyond surface-level interventions to understand and reshape the deeper cultural dynamics that drive behaviour, enabling leaders to create workplaces that are not only productive but also empathetic, engaging, and purpose-driven. He has vast experience designing and developing large projects and programmes for global clients and across the Private, Public and Not for Profit Sectors
Alongside his client work, he currently holds academic positions as Professor of Practice at University College London (UCL) and Co-Director of the Practitioner Certificate in Consulting and Change at the Tavistock Institute of Human Relations.
