We develop practitioners in Organisation Design, Development and Change.

We use the latest thinking in OD, organisation theory and social science, as well as our own research, and learnings from our experience in consulting. We work with experienced professionals who want to integrate theory into practice and to develop more strategic skills.

Development is based on action research and action learning principles. We use workshops to tackle participants’ ‘live’ issues, or use simulations to create realistic experiences. Between workshops, we support people to put their learnings into practice.

Our feedback shows that participants typically acquire:

  1. Increased personal awareness, improving the quality of their relationships.
  2. An explicit, but lightly held theory of organisations and change, broadening their repertoire of interventions.
  3. The ability to take an enquiring stance, as an essential skill for change leaders, managers, facilitators or consultants.
